Fluorescent Whitening Agent DCB for acrylic fiber (FBA121)
Properties:
Appearance: Brownish yellow powder
Hue: Bluish purple
Solubility: insoluble in cold water; a yellowish white suspending liquid can be obtained by dissolve it in the water having a temperature of 40℃; soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, glycol and ethyl ether.
Ionicity: Non-ionic
Structure: a compound of pyrazoline type
Applications: Whitening Agent FBA 121 is mainly used for whitening and brightening polyacrylonitrile fiber and polyacrylonitrile-containing fabrics. It is similar to Blankophor DCB made in foreign country.
Directions for use and dosage: The following is an example of formula for reference only:
Weight of acrylonitrile fabric: 2g; dosage of FBA121:1% O.W.F.; dosage of 100%acetate acid: 3% O.W.F.; dosage of anhydrous sodium sulfate: 5% O.W.F.; dosage of distilled water based on bath ratio of 1:100;adjust the PH value to 3.5~5; dye at 100℃ for 60 minutes, and normally dry at 60℃.
Packaging and storing : Packaged in cardboard barrels, 25kg or 50kg each. Stored in cool and dry place.
