New-Type Fluorescent Whitening Agent WS(FBA52)
Properties:
Appearance: Amber translucent solution
Structure: A compound of coumarin type
Resistance to acid and alkali: suitable for whitening fabrics in slightly acidic bath
Solubility: soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, methanol and glycol, and assuming the form of emulsion in acidic water bath
Applications: This whitening agent is extra suitable for whitening wool, natural silk, Jinlun, acetate fiber and triacetate fiber.
Directions for used and dosage: When used in slightly acidic bath, for whitening silk fabrics: the dosage should be 0.4~3% O.W.F.; for wool:0.5~3.5% on weight of wool; for acetate fiber: 0.5~10% on weight of fiber. Fabrics washed by the soap or detergent added with 0.3~0.8% of WS in a range of PH3~11 will have an improved appearance and whiteness,.
